This leaner, lighter approach to infrastructure is more cost-effective, sustainable, and livable—an idea worth considering for Charlotte and beyond. Tom will also introduce the September topic for Civic by Design: How you can learn and provide input about Marshall Park and the upcoming redevelopment of Second Ward.
