Transit is the Future Forum

Join Sustain Charlotte for an inspiring hour as federal and local leaders discuss the importance of public transit in building Charlotte's economy, advancing social equity, and building a more resilient community. We'll hear a federal perspective from U.S. Representative Alma Adams (NC-12).

Charlotte Mayor Vi Lyles, Charlotte Mayor Pro Tem Julie Eiselt, Davidson Mayor Rusty Knox, Charlotte Family Housing Executive Director Pedro Perez, Southern Environmental Law Center Attorney Kym Hunter, and several riders will share their perspectives on the role of public transit in building Charlotte-Mecklenburg's future.

We'll also make an exciting announcement about a new grassroots coalition that's working to support a fully connected community!
