Looking for a fun, beginner-friendly opportunity to explore the Sugar Creek Greenway? Join the Sustain Charlotte team for this short exploration of a segment of the greenway that we'll be featuring as part of this year's Biketoberfest! Get an overview of some of the changes we've been advocating for over the past few years and learn more about our current focus areas. We will have both biking and walking options available. Continue the conversation with us afterwards over a beer at Sustain Charlotte Gold Partner, Birdsong Brewing.

This ride/walk shouldn't take more than 1 hour. Be advised: we will be stopping along the way to share some insights into the changes to the greenway and NoDa district over the past few years that have been supported by our work. We will depart from Birdsong Brewing at 6:30pm, so be sure to arrive ahead of time to get signed in and geared up. 

A Sustain Charlotte team member will lead both the walk and bike ride.

As a reminder, the current COVID-19 mandate requires all people to wear face coverings in indoor public places, so if you plan to go into Birdsong's taproom and/or use the restroom at any point, you will need to don your mask. If you have recently experienced symptoms of or tested positive for COVID-19, or have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, please consider the safety of your fellow Sustain Charlotte supporters and refrain from attending this event.
