Shifting Gears

Are you interested in helping make Charlotte a better city for bicycling? Would you like to learn what the City and others are already doing and work with them to achieve this goal?

Shifting_Gears-13.pngIf you answered yes to either of these questions, we invite you to join us for the next Shifting Gears!

With support from the Knight Foundation and WeeklyRides.com, Sustain Charlotte hosts quarterly Shifting Gears public action workshops to propel cycling in Charlotte forward.

These workshops are free and open to the public. Whether you are interested in biking but haven’t yet started, a weekend warrior, or a daily bike commuter -- everyone has a part to play in helping realize our City’s new vision for bicycling in Charlotte.

Our next workshop is May 24th from 6-7:30 at Central Piedmont Community College! Register here.

Missed the first few Shifting Gears?  Not a problem!  We will review action items from the first event, assess individual progress, and bring new ideas into the mix!  You can read about our discussion from the February workshop here.

Don’t miss this exciting opportunity to get more informed, engaged, and make a difference.
