Did you come to the launch of the Sustain Charlotte Community Corps last fall and want to find out what the leadership team has been working on for the past few months? Or maybe you've heard about the Community Corps and want to discover what we're all about?

Join us at Bulldog Beer & Wine in South End on Thursday, March 10th from 6 to 8 p.m. for a fun and inspiring evening! We'll share opportunities for you to:

• Find out what Grier Heights residents have identified as their most urgent sustainability needs in 2016.
• Learn about and sign up for volunteer opportunities with the Health & Wellness, Community Beautification, or Technology teams. 
• Meet other volunteers who are passionate about partnering with residents in one of Charlotte's highest-need neighborhoods. 

There are no membership requirements and everyone is warmly welcomed! We invite you to join us regardless of whether you're ready to dive right into a project or just want to test the waters. We're aiming to form a diverse volunteer team of all ages and backgrounds.

Bring a friend or come by yourself and make new ones! An RSVP is requested.

The Bebo's Mac Shack food truck will be on site offering gourmet mac & cheese. Bulldog is only 2 blocks from the Bland Street light rail station, and it's also easily accessible by foot or bicycle on the rail trail.
