Biketoberfest 2023
If you're new to Biketoberfest, welcome! We are so excited to have you join in on the fun. If you are a returning Biketoberfester, you know how this unique event shows hundreds of people how you can get around Charlotte without driving! It's also one of Sustain Charlotte's biggest fundraising events of the year, which means your participation and optional peer-to-peer fundraising efforts make a direct impact toward building a more healthy, equitable, and vibrant community for generations to come.
This family-friendly scavenger hunt takes place throughout the Charlotte area! Participants are given adventure passports and are welcome to bike, walk, or use local transit to navigate the route and visit new destinations, support local businesses, see the infrastructure available to support safer riding and collect stamps in their passports along the way. At the end of the event, there is an after-party at Triple C Brewing, where participants can exchange those stamps for raffle tickets to win prizes. The after-party also includes vendors, food, live music, and a limited-release Biketoberfest beer!
