Weekly Brief June 6!

Did you know that an average of 44 people move to Charlotte every day, and we’re projected to become the second fastest growing large U.S. city through 2030?

How do we protect our quality of life in Charlotte as we prepare to welcome 400,000 new residents over the next 25 years? The answer is smart growth.

Sustain Charlotte is THE voice for smart growth and sustainability in the Greater Charlotte region and we need YOUR support!

Over the past year, we've hired new staff, expanded the scope of our programs, and brought exciting new events to our community. Now, we're ready to make an even greater impact in the coming months by growing our membership program!

Today, we launched our Summer Fund Drive, which means NOW is the time to become a member! A small monthly gift of just $5/month will support our work to encourage smarter growth and a sustainable Charlotte region.

Our goal for this 10-day campaign is to welcome a minimum of 50 new Sustaining Members! Be one of them and BE the change that Sustains Charlotte.

Plus, join today at the $5/month level or higher and we'll give you a free T-shirt, bike bell and a ticket to Biketoberfest 2016!

Already a member? Refer a friend for membership and if they join (and list your name when they signup) we'll also give you a free ticket to Biketoberfest!*
