Sustain Charlotte has surveyed all of the candidates running for the Mecklenburg County Board of Commissioners regarding their opinions on a variety of issues that impact the county's sustainability. These issues include how we plan for our projected population growth, and our changing needs related to transportation, water, waste, and parks.

Sustain Charlotte does not endorse candidates but does work to inform local citizens of the positions of all elected officials and candidates on issues that impact our sustainability as part of our mission.  While we sent this questionnaire to all of the candidates we only received responses from these four:

Paula Harvey (District 5)
Pat Cotham (At-Large)
Connie Green-Johnson (District 6)
Michael Hobbs (District 6)
